③Forgot your password? – If you can’t remember your password, please use the “Reset Password” tool to receive a reset email in your inbox.
④Still having problems? – If you encounter an error, please send a screenshot of the error message along with a description of your issue to jerryxie252@gmail.com, and we’ll get you sorted out.

Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped within 5 working days! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If you come across an item that is out of stock, please feel free to email us your request. Our product team will review your message and try to restock the item as quickly as possible.
All orders currently qualify for FREE shipping. There are no additional shipping charges, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
You will be charged in compliance with state law. If the state your purchase is being shipped to requires sales tax, it will be reflected at checkout.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, gift cards, and store credit.
Shipping
We ship from a local warehouse.
ENMY Factory Store has several delivery warehouses, including US Warehouse, EU Warehouse, Asia Warehouse, AU Warehouse, BR Warehouse, CA Warehouse, MX Warehouse, etc.
We will process your order as soon as we receive it, which takes less than 24 hours (the weekend and holidays will be delayed to working day).
Returns & Refund Policy
You have 30 days to return any item that you’re not happy with.
①All returns require prior approval from ENMY Factory Store.
②Email us at jerryxie252@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The item you would like to return
We will review your request within 1-3 business days and issue a refund to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
About Our Products
ENMY markers work on almost any surface: rock, ceramic, glass, metal, plastic, vinyl, wood, fabric, canvas, paper, pumpkins, leaves, denim, and more.
For non-porous surfaces such as glass, plastic, and porcelain, wipe the surfaces with an alcohol pad. Unfortunately, for highly absorbent surfaces such as fabric and wood, the ink stains cannot be removed.
We do not recommend using markers in contact with food. To claim markers as food safe, they must have FDA approval. Our markers have not been sent to the FDA for this request.
All our products are certified non-toxic by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
